There will be no replacements and no refunds--all shipments will be at customer's risk.
The Phoenix Worm Store guarantees live delivery of your order. We ship via Priority Mail on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (no signature is required). Orders received after 10AM eastern on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. Expect delivery in 2-3 days and please make sure that there is someone available to receive your package so it won't be left outside. Phoenix Worms are not as fragile as many feeders but a hot or freezing mailbox can kill them. If your worms fail to arrive in good condition, please notify us within 5 hours for free replacement (only one reship attempt per order).
Special Notes:
We reserve the right to delay shipments when temperatures are extreme,
or we may specify that the package be held at the post office for customer pick-up.
After an order is accepted online, it is not possible to cancel the order.
If the size worm ordered is out of stock, we will notify promptly and fill the order as soon as possible. Customer will receive email notification from the USPS with confirmation number when the package ships.
