For folks who are wondering why we don't publish a phone number, the reason is simple--we don't want anybody to reach a machine. Since we only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the office is staffed for limited hours only on those days. However, we monitor email and respond as promptly as possible throughout the week as well as over the weekend. And if you want us to call you, we will. Just ask.
